At NAVEE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
